卷筒紙?jiān)趥}庫長(zhǎng)時(shí)間堆放會(huì)造成原紙纖維疲勞,造成耐破下降。原紙如果在倉庫中堆放時(shí)間超過3個(gè)月,其耐破值會(huì)下降5~8%;如果堆放時(shí)間超過6個(gè)月,耐破強(qiáng)度損失將達(dá)到10%以上。
The long-term stacking of web paper in the warehouse will cause the fatigue of base paper fiber and reduce the burst resistance. If the base paper is stacked in the warehouse for more than 3 months, its bursting value will decrease by 5 ~ 8%; If the stacking time exceeds 6 months, the loss of bursting strength will reach more than 10%.

原紙的耐破強(qiáng)度主要由它本身的纖維決定。耐破度與纖維長(zhǎng)度和纖維間的結(jié)合力有關(guān),纖維長(zhǎng)度增加,纖維間結(jié)合力增大,都使耐破度提高。此外,在抄造原紙的過程中適當(dāng)加入一些助劑也有助于提高原紙的耐破強(qiáng)度。

With the increase of fiber length and the binding force between fibers, the burst resistance is improved. 紙板水份含量在5%~6%時(shí),耐破值大。水份含量8~14%范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí),耐破值變化不超過5%,但水份含量達(dá)到18%時(shí)耐破值下降幅度可達(dá)10%左右。也就是說瓦楞紙箱在相對(duì)濕度為50%RH~80%RH的環(huán)境存放,其耐破強(qiáng)度變化幅度很小,因此可以免去試樣溫濕平衡處理過程,從而大大縮短測(cè)試時(shí)間。
When the moisture content of paperboard is 5% ~ 6%, the bursting value is the largest. When the moisture content changes within the range of 8 ~ 14%, the change of bursting value does not exceed 5%, but when the moisture content reaches 18%, the bursting value decreases by about 10%. In other words, when the corrugated box is stored in the environment with relative humidity of 50% RH ~ 80% RH, the change range of bursting strength is very small. Therefore, the temperature and humidity balance treatment process of the sample can be avoided, so the test time can be greatly shortened.
4.與本身材質(zhì)有關(guān)

瓦楞紙箱的耐破強(qiáng)度由構(gòu)成紙板之內(nèi)層、外層及中隔原紙本身的耐破強(qiáng)度決定,與瓦楞芯紙無關(guān)。
The bursting strength of corrugated box is determined by the bursting strength of the inner layer, outer layer and spacer base paper, which has nothing to do with corrugated core paper.
5.受紙箱廠儲(chǔ)藏環(huán)境影響

原紙或者瓦楞紙箱存貯環(huán)境以25 ± 5℃,55 ± 5%RH環(huán)境為宜。
The storage environment of base paper or corrugated box should be 25 ± 5 ℃ and 55 ± 5% RH.
