在我們定做紙箱的時候，細節(jié)方面一定要注意的，比如紙箱的高承重是多少，紙箱內外的尺度差別大小，紙箱的具體材質等等。小編會根據(jù)客戶的具體需要來分別定做出合適的紙箱。那么從那幾個方面進行考慮紙箱訂制呢？

一是確定紙箱的外在長、寬、高，通常情況下三層、五層紙箱的紙厚度有標準規(guī)定，當我們進行選擇測量時要以實際裝入物品的長、寬、高為標準，之后加上定做紙箱的測量厚度就是紙箱外部的尺寸了。一般情況下紙箱廠是通過默認外箱尺寸的，客戶在定做紙箱的時候一定要事先告訴紙箱廠家，外箱與內箱的尺寸。
One is to determine the external length, width and height of the carton. Generally, the paper thickness of three-tier and five tier cartons has standard provisions. When we choose to measure, we should take the actual length, width and height of the loaded items as the standard, and then add the measurement thickness of the custom-made carton, which is the external size of the carton. In general, the carton factory is through the default size of the outer box, the customer must tell the carton manufacturer in advance when customizing the carton, the size of the outer box and the inner box.
二是選擇的紙箱制作材質，根據(jù)客戶自己對所裝貨物的輕重程度、成本狀況，來進行合理的紙箱材質選擇，正常情況下紙箱都是由紙板制作成的，普通紙箱是由瓦楞紙板進行制作的，瓦楞紙板是分面的紙、瓦楞紙、芯紙，里紙的材質好壞優(yōu)劣一般與每平米具體的重量有密切關系，每平米內重量越重的質量就越好。

三是紙箱厚度的具體選擇，紙的克重如果相同的情況下，楞高的緩沖性能就比較好，硬度就會差。瓦楞的楞高矮的話，紙的緩沖性能就比較差，但硬度好，質量的好壞與厚度有比較大的關系。
The third is the specific choice of carton thickness. If the gram weight of the paper is the same, the cushioning performance of the ridge height will be better, and the hardness will be poor. If the corrugating height is high, the cushioning performance of the paper is poor, but the hardness is good, and the quality has a great relationship with the thickness.
四是印刷方面的問題，一般而言情，印刷所用表面積大的話，費用就相對高一些，當然這也要看箱體顏色的種數(shù)，紙箱方印刷施工后就無法再次進行修改了，因此一定要與紙箱廠加確認印刷的具體內容。
