一些企業(yè)存在這樣1個(gè)錯(cuò)誤觀點(diǎn)：里面紙用的凈重愈大愈能提高紙箱子的承壓力和抗拉強(qiáng)度，各抒已見。欲提升彩箱彩盒包裝的承壓力、抗拉強(qiáng)度必需提升芯紙的承受力工作能力，如果面紙裱膠后看不出來瓦楞紙板劃痕就應(yīng)盡量采用凈重紙型;芯紙、瓦紙好運(yùn)用挺力好、環(huán)壓抗拉強(qiáng)度高的草漿或木漿紙。無須運(yùn)用中強(qiáng)、或普強(qiáng)瓦紙，因其多謀生漿和重塑漿的化學(xué)物質(zhì)，吸濕快、環(huán)壓抗拉強(qiáng)度、可塑性雖好但挺度。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)，采用可勃測(cè)定法中強(qiáng)瓦紙筆畫漿紙含水量高16%-40%上下;里紙可適當(dāng)提高凈重。實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，降里面紙的凈重，提高瓦紙、芯紙凈重，無論是從質(zhì)量還是價(jià)錢上具備核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

The results show that the water content of medium strength tile paper is 16% - 40% higher than that of medium strength tile paper, and the net weight of inner paper can be increased properly. Practical experience, reduce the net weight of inner paper, improve the net weight of tile paper and core paper, and have core competitiveness in quality and price.

紙箱生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)如今運(yùn)用的大部分是自做或購(gòu)買的玉米淀粉膠。高品質(zhì)的苞米膠不但粘合抗拉強(qiáng)度好，而且還能提升硬紙板的承壓力、挺力等，且罩殼不易變形。玉米淀粉膠的優(yōu)劣與制作工藝、自然環(huán)境、原料采購(gòu)質(zhì)量、攪拌時(shí)間等有密不可分的關(guān)系。玉米淀粉的質(zhì)量要求，粒度97-150目，灰分不超過0.5%;水分含量14.0%;酸值30Cc/150g;二氧化氮0.004%;味道確定沒問題;色調(diào)白或有點(diǎn)淡黃。

制膠淀粉質(zhì)量如不此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，精確性情況適當(dāng)降水比。氣候變暖，水比應(yīng)相對(duì)性減少，硼砂，片堿應(yīng)酌定提高，雙氧水應(yīng)減少需求量。熟膠制好后不宜久放，尤其夏季隨做隨充，黏劑里加上室內(nèi)甲醛3%-4%、甘油、硼酸各0.5%，可提高紙型擋水工作能力、加快粘合速度、提升硬紙板抗壓強(qiáng)度。

3、點(diǎn)膠量
3. Dispensing amount
無論是手工制做還是自動(dòng)式工業(yè)設(shè)備裱貼彩面，點(diǎn)膠量不宜過大。事實(shí)上生產(chǎn)加工中，一些員工為了防止開膠人為因素提高點(diǎn)膠量，這是不足取的，必需嚴(yán)格控制。點(diǎn)膠量應(yīng)以90-120g/m1為宜。只有要視瓦楞紙板規(guī)格調(diào)節(jié)，掌握住合模力均勻調(diào)膠楞峰為宜，如果不開膠，合模力越越高。
